Unconditional "No Fuss" Guarantee

All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). To get an RA# call during our regular business hours. If for any reason within 7 days of delivery you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items for an exchange or refund.

After 7 DAYS ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL!

All other returns, authorized or not, that fall outside of these guidelines may be charged a re-stocking fee of up to 30%. Returns without an RA Number may be returned to the sender at their expense, or discarded without processing. Discarded returns will not be eligible for exchange or credit.

Returns and Exchanges

DAMAGES or SHIPPING ERRORS ONLY will be returned at Magic Scarf's expense. Please request a UPS return label.

Please provide a completed "Return Form" which is enclosed with your package. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges.
