Wholesale Minimum Order

To qualify as a wholesale customer the minimum opening order is $150.00
Once you are a qualified customer the minimum is waived so you can reorder whatever you like with no minimum!
Minimum Per Item Order
There is no minimum. Most items are sold individually so the minimum order is ONE PIECE. This is especially convenient for offering maximum variety to your customers and for sampling of items.
Free Promotional Items
Upon check-out you will find many items to assist your sales including FREE signs and nominally priced display pieces and bust forms.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We accept COD with an additional $12.00 fee set by UPS.
Shipping Time
Unless otherwise specified, items shown on our website are in stock and ready to ship. Orders placed by 3pm Eastern US time are usually processed and shipped the same day. In the rare event that an item is backordered, you will be informed and the back ordered item will be shipped free of charge when it becomes available (provided you still want the item).
Shipping Method
Most domestic orders are shipped via UPS unless you request a different method or we find that a different carrier will reach you faster. UPS has proven to be extremely dependable and tracking of your packages is easy and accurate. Most orders ship from Massachusetts. Depending upon your location your packages will arrive between one and five business days after placing your order. International orders and orders for Hawaii and Alaska require special handling which may include the postal service and other couriers. We can advise you of the best methods for your location.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are based upon 50% of the average cost for UPS ground shipping. Magic Scarf pays for half of the cost saving you 50% on each delivery.
If you choose expedited shipping, such as 3 Day Select, Magic Scarf will still pay half of the fee.
International orders and orders for Hawaii and Alaska vary in cost and we will advise you before shipping.
Return Policy
You have ten days to examine your order and may return any product if you are not satisfied for any reason. You will need a return authorization number which is obtained by simply calling our customer service department. Upon receipt of your return, your money will be refunded to you in the method in which you paid. Credit card orders will be refunded on the credit card which was used. Orders paid by COD check will be refunded by check after the original check has cleared.
